Communication Rooms at Grand Central Station

Skanska USA Civil, Inc., Lockheed Martin, and Smalls Electrical Construction recently began construction on three new communications rooms which are part of a major project to improve the security of Metro North’s tunnels and stations system wide.

Lockheed Martin has been retained by the MTA as the design consultant for this project due to its vast background in implementing systems similar to this contract's requirements.

Smalls Electrical Construction intends on making a significant contribution to the success of this project by expeditiously installing the various electrical components required.
