Linden Track Shop

Linden Track Shop is a track assembly facility that operates 24hrs a day, 7 days a week located in Brooklyn NY. The prime contract involved installing new glass curtain wall exterior, roof, exhaust fans, and sprinkler system. Our scope of work included removal and replacement of the lighting system, adding fire alarm fan shutdowns as well as sprinkler system power wiring, controls, and monitoring devices.

Safely working around this 120,000sq foot active facility was one of the unique challenges of this project. New York City Transit’s project management team was extremely helpful in coordinating our various activities throughout the duration of this project.
